IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Finance RTR professional to ensure accurate reporting and strong data integrity. You will work with international operating companies within the Record to Report team, contributing to financial health and timely close processes.

The role offers exposure to global processes, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to drive improvements and collaborate with a multinational BPO partner.

Qualifications

• Professional finance and accounting qualification(s) and degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Good understanding of finance theory and practical accounting experience.
• Adaptable with a can-do attitude and strong customer focus.
• Experience with SAP is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of GL experience or 2 years in finance and accounting.

Responsabilités

• Carry out complex period end reporting with balance sheet and income statement analysis.
• Calculate, prepare and post journal entries.
• Control, accounting and reporting for fixed assets including ground assets.
• Control and reporting for intragroup reconciliation.
• Reconcile P&L accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Collaborate with Operating Companies on RTR queries and manage the BPO provider.
• Support internal and external audit processes as required.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
