Job summary
Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Poland is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead multi-location, cross-functional projects in energy technology. You will drive initiatives from concept through delivery, coordinating engineers, researchers, and external partners to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in R&D or technical project management.
- Familiarity with transformers is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- PM certification preferable (PMP, Prince2, CAPM).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, multi-location R&D projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Drive project performance across cost, schedule, and quality.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction and value creation.
- Monitor risks, changes, and opportunities proactively.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and management.
- Apply best practices in project management.
