OLX is seeking a Product Director to lead the Horizontal product function across Europe, shaping strategy and execution for the core marketplace. You will guide a product organization of around 15 people, collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial leadership to grow engagement and monetization for buyers and sellers.

You will own the product vision, drive growth-focused innovation, and partner with senior leaders to align priorities across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading product teams in online B2C/B2B2C environments.
• Hands-on product management background with engagement with engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience hiring and growing Product Managers across teams ~15 people.
• Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across markets.
• Strategic thinker balancing long-term vision with short-term goals.
• Experience in both 0→1 and scaling phases of product development.
• Proven track record of learning across domains and sectors.
• Experience in developing and managing AI-based products.

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Horizontal.
• Drive customer-centric product innovation focusing on growth, retention, monetization.
• Lead AI transformation for the horizontal domain.
• Lead incubation, development and transition to a fully agentic marketplace.
• Oversee a product org of about 15 people with strong PM fundamentals.
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams across markets to align priorities.
• Identify and execute strategic opportunities, including monetization levers.
• Establish and scale best practices in product thinking and execution.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing PMs and leaders.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build consensus on strategy.
