We are currently looking for a Global Procurement Analyst to join us at Wavin Shared Services, Poznań, Poland. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose‑led company, please read on.

Key responsibilities:
  • Performing comprehensive analysis of procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, supplier performance issues, and process improvement areas across global operations
  • Developing and maintaining regular procurement reports, KPI dashboards, and analytical tools that support strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Analysing supplier performance data, conducting spend analysis by category and region, and supporting supplier evaluation and selection processes
  • Conducting market intelligence research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to support strategic sourcing initiatives and category strategies
  • Collaborating with BU procurement teams, category managers, and business stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate analytical insights
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business analysis, or related analytical roles
  • Very strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management
  • Understanding of financial analysis, cost modelling, and spend analysis techniques
  • Experience in working with procurement platforms SAP, Coupa
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of the Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
