Job summary

PhlexGlobal, part of Cencora, is seeking a Head of IT to lead technology strategy across UK, US and Poland. Based in Poland or the UK, you will oversee M365, cloud platforms, and vendor apps like NetSuite, Mavenlink, ZenQMS and ZenDesk.

You will drive security, compliance, and scalable operations while mentoring a small internal team. Reporting to the CTO, this hands-on leadership role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to align IT with global business goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in IT leadership, ideally in pharma or software.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms (Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead M365, cloud infra, domains, and security across regions.
• Manage external vendors and monitor SLAs for critical apps (NetSuite, Mavenlink, ZenQMS, ZenDesk).
• Oversee internal IT team performance, incidents, and user support.
• Ensure GDPR and UK Data Protection Act compliance and audits.
