Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a General Ledger Specialist in Poznań with a hybrid work setup (minimum 8 days on site per month).

You will support local and group finance teams, ensure accurate GL postings, and contribute to SOX controls and close processes while advancing standardized accounting practices across Europe. You should have at least 4 years in GL accounting in an international environment, strong SAP knowledge, and professional English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 4 years in General Ledger within international environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; Oracle is a plus.
• Fluent English; Italian/Turkish not required but a plus.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and group reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger accounting including posting and reconciling entries.
• Support statutory and group reporting requirements.
• Assist with SOX controls and month-end close.
• Collaborate with local and group finance teams across Europe.
• Maintain and harmonize accounting processes across entities.
