Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Packaging Procurement Director for Europe & Global Flexibles based in Poland, Katowice, reporting to the Head of Directs Scope Europe & Global. You will lead the Europe Packaging and Global Flexibles procurement organization and shape strategies with a spend of €350+ million.

The role requires extensive senior procurement leadership in a multinational FMCG environment, deep knowledge of packaging value chains, and excellent stakeholder engagement across R&D, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Senior procurement leadership in a large multinational FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Experience creating regional/global category strategies delivering value and cash.
• Deep understanding of flexible-packaging value chains and sustainability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define global Flexibles strategy leveraging scale, market intelligence and cost models.
• Lead Europe Packaging and Global Flexibles procurement org (17 FTEs) with multi-level reporting.
• Own end-to-end Europe packaging procurement performance across value, quality, service and cash.
• Provide global oversight of Flexibles Packaging spend and ensure governance compliance.
• Develop multi-year strategies across flexible packaging and resin, paper, foil, etc.
• Build supplier ecosystems and joint innovation roadmaps with governance across cost and quality.
