Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally in Big4.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Handle monthly closing in accordance with US GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3–4 years of experience in accounting firm (audit, assurance, or advisory)

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (CZ, US GAAP)

Solid understanding of accounting processes and financial analysis

High attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English
