Job summary

Accenture in Warsaw seeks an experienced Manager, Data & AI Compliance to build and lead the global compliance program. You will report to the Associate Director, Data & AI Compliance, ensuring alignment with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations and voluntary commitments in data governance and AI.

You will work with cross-functional teams, translate laws into policy, and guide risk, information security and legal colleagues.

Qualifications

• Law degree and relevant certifications in data privacy or governance are required.
• 4–5 years in a global compliance/ethics governance function preferred.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, data management principles and AI policies.
• Ability to translate trends into actionable policy and controls.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and client projects for compliance with laws and commitments.
• Identify current/future regulatory requirements and translate into policy.
• Collaborate with risk, security and other teams to operate and monitor the program.
• Provide guidance to contracting counsel on compliance matters.
• Engage stakeholders across Accenture to embed data/AI compliance early.
• Develop guidance, training and thought leadership for internal audiences.
• Build networks with regulators and experts; communicate risk clearly.
