Job summary

Demant is transforming its global digital landscape by replacing over 100 business apps and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across 25 countries. As a Functional Consultant, you will shape the global D365 CE platform for Hearing Care, collaborating with a 90-strong team to deliver scalable, reusable solutions.

You’ll analyze business needs, design and configure D365 CE, and ensure quality deliveries while onboarding new markets.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in CRM deployments.
• Ability to design scalable CRM solutions for multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform and Azure.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable D365 CE design specifications.
• Configure the platform using standard capabilities where possible.
• Test, document, and demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and Solution Architects across markets.
