Job summary

Cyclad is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) Process Architect to drive cybersecurity process excellence and regulatory compliance across global automotive development programs.

You will develop, maintain and improve CSMS processes, ensuring UNECE R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434 compliance and governance across multiple markets. This role requires collaboration with engineering, compliance and product teams and support for audits and certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive cybersecurity governance experience.
• Hands-on CSMS implementation and audits.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CSMS process architecture across programs.
• Ensure UNECE R155/R156 and ISO/SAE 21434 compliance.
• Define governance frameworks, roles, responsibilities and KPIs.
• Align CSMS with vehicle development and product lifecycles.
• Support audits, certifications and surveillance activities.
• Guide engineering teams on cybersecurity requirements and artefacts.
• Collaborate with governance, engineering, compliance and product teams.
