Amentum seeks a Counterterrorism Law Enforcement Intelligence Operations Mentor to train and mentor the Benin Counterterrorism Cell, enhancing its ability to conduct intelligence operations across Benin's northern border region.

Responsibilities include advising the CTC, collaborating with other mentors, and developing policy, procedures, and training materials. Requires extensive federal/state/intelligence background, open-source expertise, and English fluency.

Qualificações

• Fifteen years of experience in an accredited law enforcement or intelligence agency.
• Ten years in counterterrorism or related intelligence operations.
• Experience using open-source intelligence and social media exploitation.
• Overseas experience in austere environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience mentoring intelligence workforce at tactical/strategic levels.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Native or professional English fluency.
• Instructor Development Certification preferred.
• Graduate of police or intelligence academy.

Responsabilidades

• Train, mentor, and advise the Benin CTC under the mentorship program.
• Collaborate with fellow mentors and meet with CTC Officers to guide operations.
• Support resolution of issues with Benin Government partners to enable objectives.
• Assist in training and implementing intelligence cycle processes.
• Develop policy and plans to support counterterrorism intelligence operations.
• Identify, procure, and deliver equipment and technology for training/ops.
• Develop performance monitoring plans for CTC personnel.
• Monitor indicators and compile progress data for reporting.
• Draft and review weekly, significant activity, and monthly reports.
