Responsibilities

• Support the Collections team with overdue invoice follow-up activities.
• Assist in preparing and updating collection reports and trackers.
• Help maintain accurate customer account records and collection notes.
• Support payment research and account reconciliation tasks.
• Assist team members with administrative and process‑related activities.
