Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Warsaw seeks a Clinical Supplies Senior Operations Lead to manage CTM delivery for global trials. You will coordinate procurement, packaging, labeling, distribution, and returns, ensuring timely, compliant delivery within budget and regulatory requirements.

The role partners with planning, QA, Regulatory, and logistics to design packaging, IRT, and cross-border strategies, while leading internal teams and external vendors to meet program milestones.

Qualifications

• Scientific/Technical degree required; minimum 6 years pharma industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and ICH guidelines applicable to CTM packaging, labeling, and distribution.
• Proficiency in IRT, Excel, and MS Project or equivalent project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply packaging strategies, timelines and budgets with GCSC Planning.
• Manage labeling approval, inventory, shipments and drug return activities using Smart Supplies.
• Contribute to IRT design for randomization, depot shipments and return functionality.
• Coordinate with QA/QP, Regulatory Affairs and Logistics to ensure compliant CTM delivery.
• Oversee external vendors and ensure timely, budget-aligned CTM delivery across programs.
• Forecast materials and costs; manage budget changes and variance tracking.
