Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead global transformation efforts for a major client. This strategic role focuses on stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and driving adoption across a multinational organization.

It is a fully remote position based in Poland. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in OCM, PROSCI/ADKAR expertise, and a proven ability to shape change narratives, plan readiness, and coach leaders across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) in global organizations
• Certified or experienced in Prosci / ADKAR methodologies
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Expertise in communication strategy, storytelling, and narrative development
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments, and engagement planning
• Strong background in employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives
• Experience coaching leaders and managers through periods of change
• Advanced written and verbal English skills - at least C1
• Experience supporting ERP, HR, Shared Services, or Operating Model transformation programmes
• Consulting experience or experience leading change across multiple regions and business functions is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy for a global transformation programme
• Partner with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive alignment and sponsorship
• Develop and execute communication and engagement plans across a global audience
• Conduct impact assessments and identify change implications for different stakeholder groups
• Design and deliver readiness, adoption, and enablement activities
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively communicate and reinforce change
• Monitor change readiness and adoption, identifying risks and mitigation actions
• Collaborate with project teams to embed change management activities into programme delivery
