Job summary

Visa is seeking a motivated Anti-Bribery & AML Analyst to join the Legal, Ethics and Compliance team. The role will primarily support the Anti-Bribery programme, with additional responsibility across AML, requiring end-to-end ownership of compliance matters from due diligence through investigation and resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) and AML.
• Knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions and financial crime frameworks.
• Experience managing compliance matters end-to-end.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based due diligence reviews of third parties and business partners.
• Review potential bribery and corruption risks in commercial arrangements.
• Assist with Anti-Bribery programme requirements, certifications and records.
• Assist with gifts, travel and entertainment reviews and donations.
• Prepare management information and risk reporting.
• Support investigations into compliance concerns.
• Deliver guidance to stakeholders on Anti-Bribery requirements.
• Assist with compliance training across the region.
• Manage Compliance inbox and escalations.
