Job summary

EQT Group in Warsaw seeks a Risk, Regulatory and Compliance professional to support fund managers across the group and help develop EQT's regulatory governance and AML/CFT framework. You will work with global teams to implement local governance and ensure compliance across the EQT group.

You will engage with regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders, translate regulatory changes into practical guidance, and contribute to training and awareness initiatives while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

5+ years of AML/CFT compliance experience across multiple jurisdictions.
In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory requirements and directives.
Experience advising regulated entities on compliance framework implementation.

Responsibilities

Partner with EQT teams to implement and maintain local regulatory governance structures.
Support the Global Compliance Framework and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Lead or contribute to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the AML/CFT framework across the group.
Monitor AML/CFT regulatory developments and translate changes into practical guidance for internal stakeholders.
Provide expert input on AML/CFT queries, escalations and risk assessments.
Contribute to AML/CFT training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
Collaborate with global regulatory, compliance, legal and operational teams to deliver against KPIs and reporting.
Identify process improvements and support adoption of technology, including AI-enabled tools.
