The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with over 3 years of experience in the Record to Report process. Strong skills in Excel and SAP are essential. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RtR/GL.
• Ability to focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Performing balance sheet accounts reconciliation including cash transactions reconciliation.
• Preparing local reports (RAS).
• Preparing and posting journal entries.
• Maintaining Banking Account.
• Providing audit support specific to general accounting.
• Performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process.
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports.
• Responding to queries from Operating Company via e‑mail/telephone.
• Supporting General Accounting Manager in process improvement opportunities.
• Acting as the escalation point for complex queries.
• Contributing to General Ledger process improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory account packs.
• Identifying and solving common cross-process issues.
