Job summary

A leading global beverage company in Poland is seeking a finance professional to manage balance sheet reconciliation and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with over 3 years of experience in the Record to Report process. Strong skills in Excel and SAP are essential. The role requires excellent verbal and written English, and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders effectively. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and respond to complex financial queries.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in RtR/GL.
  • Ability to focus on quality.

Responsibilities

  • Performing balance sheet accounts reconciliation including cash transactions reconciliation.
  • Preparing local reports (RAS).
  • Preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Maintaining Banking Account.
  • Providing audit support specific to general accounting.
  • Performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports.
  • Responding to queries from Operating Company via e‑mail/telephone.
  • Supporting General Accounting Manager in process improvement opportunities.
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex queries.
  • Contributing to General Ledger process improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting in the preparation of statutory account packs.
  • Identifying and solving common cross-process issues.
