Job summary

Atos Poland is seeking a Software Tester to join our team, collaborating with Business Analysts and developers on German-language requirements and validation.

You will create test scenarios, execute tests, log results, raise defects, and support UAT while working with end customers in demos. Strong German and English are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of documented experience in software testing.
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira/X-Ray/Zephyr, Azure DevOps).
• Fundamentals of SQL.
• Effective communication in German (B2/C1) and English (B1).
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
• Good organization of work and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and business scenarios; provide feedback to BAs and clarify gaps.
• Create test scenarios and test cases based on German documentation; map to project requirements.
• Execute tests, annotate results, compare with expected outcomes.
• Maintain test scenarios through process changes and raise defects with root-cause analysis.
• Support users during UAT and assist in demos with end customers.
