A leading beverage company in Poland is seeking a candidate to manage the Customer Ledger and drive collections. The role requires fluency in German (C1/native) and strong English skills, along with experience in Order to Cash and customer service. Qualifications

  • C1/native level German language skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in Order to Cash or Customer Service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Excel systems.
  • Ability to handle resistance.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Customer Ledger and meet collection targets.
  • Act as a Business Partner to OpCos for data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teams for effective collection processes.
  • Manage customer accounts with high service levels.
  • Identify held orders and resolve them appropriately.
  • Communicate updates to OpCo stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with process controls and policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation.
