We are looking for a German-speaking specialist to join a major European financial-services centre in Poland. This role focuses on providing high-quality customer care to German-market clients across banking and digital-finance products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer queries in German (phone and email).
  • Support clients with banking matters such as accounts, payments, card issues, online banking and verification steps.
  • Guide customers through procedures, provide clear explanations and ensure full resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction in internal systems.
  • Follow security, compliance and quality standards with full attention to detail.
  • Work in rotating shifts between 07:30 - 22:00, Monday-Sunday.
What You Bring
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English communication skills.
  • Interest in banking, payments, cards or financial services.
  • Strong customer-service mindset, patience and professionalism.
  • Great communication skills and ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
  • Valid EU work permit employment is based in Poland.
