We are looking for a German-speaking specialist to join a major European financial-services centre in Poland. This role focuses on providing high-quality customer care to German-market clients across banking and digital-finance products.
Your Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer queries in German (phone and email).
- Support clients with banking matters such as accounts, payments, card issues, online banking and verification steps.
- Guide customers through procedures, provide clear explanations and ensure full resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction in internal systems.
- Follow security, compliance and quality standards with full attention to detail.
- Work in rotating shifts between 07:30 - 22:00, Monday-Sunday.
What You Bring
- Fluent German (C1) and good English communication skills.
- Interest in banking, payments, cards or financial services.
- Strong customer-service mindset, patience and professionalism.
- Great communication skills and ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
- Valid EU work permit employment is based in Poland.
