Job summary

Fry's Electronics in Szczecin, Poland, is seeking a Sales Specialist (Native German Speaker) to relocate and join our team. You will develop relationships with publishing clients in the German market, identify new business opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process to build long-term partnerships.

Success requires native German, English at least B2, and experience in B2B sales or account management.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
• Enjoys building relationships and communicating with clients
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive, well-organized and results-oriented
• Willing to relocate to Szczecin and work from a modern office

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with publishing clients in the German market.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate business terms.
• Manage the entire sales process from first contact to long-term partnership.
• Collaborate with production, customer service and logistics teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Represent the company at international book fairs and industry events across Europe.
