Job summary

Helprise in Wrocław is seeking an AP Specialist with German to join our team and help optimize processes in the new GBS Center. You will manage documents, reconcile vendor accounts, and support queries from internal and external partners.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in accounting, strong English and German, a university degree (finance preferred), SAP experience, and a mindset for process standardization and automation. Flexible hours and hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of professional experience in the accounting area, preferably in the Accounts Payable area.
• End-to-end P2P process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Process, prioritize, monitor documents (invoices, reminders, balance confirmations) in a dynamic landscape.
• Identify, document and support optimization potentials (e.g. automation).
• Actively support services (e.g. ticket processing) and communicate with partners regarding queries and incomplete documents.
• Analyze, maintain and reconcile vendor accounts and other relevant vendor-related accounts.
