Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) in life sciences, data, IT, project management or business.
• Minimum 4 years of data management industry experience including clinical trial operations.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership or matrix management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data management operations within the assigned geography ensuring quality and compliance.
• Drive resource planning, workload balancing, and performance monitoring with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to GDMS/GCTO standards and regulatory requirements across sites.
• Manage operational risks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop and lead high-performing teams, including coaching and performance management.
