Job summary

Colliers is seeking an AI Engineer to architect and deploy sophisticated AI agents and generative workflows on Google Cloud Platform. You will work with business stakeholders to translate enterprise challenges into scalable AI solutions, integrating AI capabilities with existing applications.

The role emphasizes production-grade systems, MLOps, and staying at the cutting edge of Generative AI and agentic technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in an AI/ML or related software role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries; SQL experience; vector databases for RAG.
• Experience building production-grade Generative AI systems and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and deploying AI solutions on GCP.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems with stakeholders and architect AI-powered systems to solve them.
• Design, build, and maintain AI systems including autonomous agents and generative workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineering, product, and infra teams to integrate AI capabilities.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies and platforms.
• Own end-to-end MLOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform, including data pipelines and CI/CD.
