About This Role

Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic General Practitioner to support our members through virtual care services. You will join a curated provider network dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care and have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe as we expand our network.

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 10-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around general health, preventive health, UTIs, birth control, medications, cold/flu/COVID-19, skin conditions, allergies, and vaccinations
• Capture encounter summary documentation in the practice management system (MPractice)
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including in-person referrals and follow-ups
• Represent Maven\'s care model by delivering culturally humble care and championing better outcomes for women and families

Who You Are:

• MD with Board certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Residing in Canada and fluent in English
• Available to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week as a part-time, independent contractor (1099) role
• 3+ years of prior telehealth experience and comfort with digital health platforms
• Passionate about women\'s and family health; pediatric experience required
