Job summary

A dynamic software development company in Poland is building a Talent Pool for future QA openings. The role involves manual testing of mobile applications, collaborating closely with development teams, and ensuring product quality while adapting to changing requirements. Preferred candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in mobile testing, proficiency in network debugging tools, and be fluent in both Polish and English. your job will include ⚙️
  • manually testing Android and iOS applications using Azure DevOps Test Plans
  • executing functional, regression and exploratory tests on Android and iOS applications
  • analysing network traffic with tools like Charles Proxy or Proxyman
  • defining acceptance criteria and creating structured, comprehensive test plans
  • estimating, prioritising and coordinating testing activities within the team
  • working closely with developers, PMs and UX team to ensure the best product quality
  • actively gathering missing requirements and clarifying expectations when needed
  • taking part in discussions around UX and suggesting improvements based on your observations
  • continuously improving testing practices and documentation
preferred skills & experience 💪
  • min. 3 years of experience in manual testing of mobile applications
  • good understanding of network debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Proxyman or similar)
  • familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans or other test management tools
  • good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the difference of incident severity levels
  • curiosity and willingness to ask questions rather than make assumptions
  • adaptability to changing requirements and evolving priorities
  • user-centric product mindset
  • clear and effective communication in both Polish 🇵🇱 and English 🇬🇧
