Job summary

Capco in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to design and deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions for financial services clients. You will bridge business needs and technology, leading workshops and shaping architecture strategies.

You will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders, contributing to proposals, pre-sales, and modernization initiatives while maintaining a consultant mindset

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Solution/Cloud Architect or similar architecture-focused role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and its core services.
• Experience designing distributed systems, cloud-native apps, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and technical workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Define architecture principles, integration patterns, and technology standards.
• Design cloud-native, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Contribute to technical proposals, solution assessments, and pre-sales activities.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor with hands-on expertise and consulting mindset.
