Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as Data Architect with minimum 4 years on GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and cloud computing services.
• Strong experience in Data & Analytics and data governance concepts.
• Proven ability to design scalable data processing frameworks and data models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data engineering solutions.
• Design and oversee data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Define data models and schemas to meet business needs across volume, velocity, and variety.
• Select and integrate databases, data lakes, and data warehouses to support processing.
• Align data solutions with the organization's long-term data strategy and goals.
• Evaluate data governance practices, including privacy and security compliance.
• Lead and mentor data engineering teams, guiding best practices and deliverables.
• Document architecture decisions and provide ongoing implementation support.
• Stay updated on emerging data engineering trends and technologies.
