Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Consultant for its Global Business Services (GBS) team to support cross-functional projects across Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Technology. You will participate in client workshops, prepare high-quality deliverables and help design operating models and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes iterative delivery, rapid problem solving, and building consulting skills while collaborating with PwC colleagues and client teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience within GBS/Outsourcing
• Fluent English for client interaction and delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe

Responsibilities

• Support GBS-related projects from assessment to delivery with rapid, iterative approaches
• Deliver defined project activities and small work packages with guidance from senior team members
• Work in blended PwC and client teams to transform operations across Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Technology
• Analyze information and prepare client-ready deliverables: presentations, reports, process maps
• Prepare for and participate in client interviews and workshops; develop materials and capture conclusions
• Track actions, risks, dependencies and milestones; draft meeting minutes with decisions and owners
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation or analytics; support pilots
• Contribute to client proposals, market research and internal knowledge materials
• Build consulting skills through project experience and mentoring
