Role Mission

To own and grow PFM Futures' social media presence by producing timely, relevant, and engaging content that reflects the company's authority in the futures trading space and builds brand trust among traders.

Key Performance Objectives
  • Build an Engaged Futures Audience (first 90 days; ongoing)
    • Establish a consistent, high‑quality posting rhythm across key social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
    • Achieve measurable engagement growth (followers, reach, interactions) aligned with business goals.
    • Identify, test, and double down on content formats that resonate most with futures traders.
  • Own the Futures Market Content Stream (first 60 days; ongoing)
    • Monitor top futures prop firms for updates, changes, or announcements and translate them into digestible, value‑driven posts.
    • Publish at least 3‑4 original content pieces weekly reflecting market trends, comparisons, or educational insights.
    • Ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with PFM's tone of authority and transparency.
  • Collaborate on Cross‑Channel Consistency (first 90 days; ongoing)
    • Coordinate with Design team, Head of Content, and Growth teams to align posts with campaigns, launches, and blog features.
    • Build and manage a simple shared content calendar visible to the leadership team.
    • Participate in async brainstorming for growth campaigns and special reports.
  • Optimize for Growth and Insights (quarter 1‑2)
    • Track post‑level metrics and report monthly insights to identify what drives the best reach and engagement.
    • Continuously refine strategy based on data, introducing improvements to content format, tone, and scheduling.
    • Suggest experiments (e.g., A/B post testing, UGC, influencer collaborations) to expand organic reach.
  • Represent the Futures Brand Internally and Externally (ongoing)
    • Act as the go‑to person internally for futures‑related content.
    • Ensure that the PFM Futures voice is credible, informed, and aligned with professional trading audiences.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram) with measurable audience growth.
  • Excellent written English (C1+) and ability to create clear, engaging posts for traders.
  • Familiarity with the futures or prop trading industry.
  • Strong organization and consistency in posting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with attention to accuracy and credibility.
