Job summary

Hands to Work Agencja Pracy is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator for furniture production in Poland. The role involves sewing leather and fabric components and operating industrial sewing machines to support a smooth production flow.

We offer PLN 24 net/hour under a contract of mandate, with 200–240 hours per month, accommodation assistance, residence card help for foreign workers, development opportunities, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Sewing or tailoring skills and experience operating sewing machines.
• Manual dexterity, accuracy and precision.
• Communicative knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian or Ukrainian.

Responsibilities

• Sewing leather and fabric components according to patterns and templates.
• Operating industrial sewing machines.
• Ensuring a smooth and continuous production process.
