Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Fund Accounting Tax Intermediate Analyst in Warsaw, Poland, to participate in tax fund valuation activities and NAV computations. The role collaborates with the Operations - Transaction Services team to ensure accurate tax calculations and timely reporting of unit prices.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (up to 2 days at home per week), a competitive base salary, and a broad benefits package. Relevant experience and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience; tax experience is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Multifonds and InvestOne systems.
• Chartered Accountant or accounting degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform fund tax activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Process daily work and act as escalation point for questions and research.
• Review work and provide signoff for complex transactions or sensitive clients.
• Assist in developing training materials and training employees.
• Ensure procedures and controls are followed and data integrity is maintained.
• Assist manager with procedural changes and BAU administration; act as backup.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, policies and ethics.
