Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Functional Consultant / BPO OEX focused on SAP SD/MM, to support a major SAP transformation across multiple locations. Warsaw-based with 50% on-site work, this role requires seniority and hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM and S/4HANA.

You will work with business stakeholders, site leadership, and IT teams to drive process changes, ensure deployment readiness, and lead workshops, training, and go-live support in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SD and SAP MM.
• ERP implementation projects, SAP S/4HANA preferred.

Location: Warsaw (50% on side)

Experience Required: 3- 5 years and 5-7 years (we are hiring for two seniority levels)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant / BPO OEX to support a major SAP transformation and deployment program. You will work closely with business stakeholders, site leadership, and technical teams to drive process transformation, ensure deployment readiness, and support successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation and process readiness activities for deployment.
• Drive change management initiatives and support business adoption.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and process discussions.
• Partner with site managers and stakeholders to ensure deployment readiness.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, and project teams.
• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Deliver user training and promote best practices across sites.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams throughout the transformation journey.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Strong understanding of Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience delivering ERP implementation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven background in business transformation and change management.
• Experience working across multiple sites and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of project methodologies and deployment approaches.
