Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join a KYC-focused project in the financial sector. You will build new functionalities, improve existing applications, and work with stakeholders to deliver compliant business solutions.

The role involves Java and React development, KYC reporting, and STR/CTR functionality within AML systems, with a strong emphasis on adapting to regulatory changes. Excellent Polish and English communication are required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Practical React.js experience and Oracle Database.
• Experience in financial services, especially reporting or compliance projects.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining applications using Java and React
• Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes within the financial sector
• Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to regulatory changes
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
