Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Python. You will work across the stack, identify patterns, and contribute to improving system quality, with emphasis on collaboration and ownership.

You'll deploy and manage applications on AWS, build CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• React/Python – 70/30 split in daily work.
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong React.js (Hooks, Context, state management) and Python experience.
• Database design and optimization skills.
• Experience with AWS services and deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; good communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Improve system quality by identifying issues and standardizing procedures.
• Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing systems.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, product managers).
• Work with AWS services to deploy, scale, and manage applications.
