Join the Digital Revolution in Geospatial Information Management! DAC.digital is looking for a passionate and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. Our client is a leader in geospatial information management, working on transformative projects that enhance the efficiency of managing complex spatial data. The project is designed to last for years and uses a modern tech stack (Java 21, Spring Boot 3.3.1). It is well‑documented, with a culture of extensive knowledge sharing. The project places a strong emphasis on algorithmics and optimization.

Key Information

• Level: Mid/Senior
• Salary: 130-150 PLN net per hour – pure B2B contract
• 115‑133 PLN net per hour – B2B contract (days off included)

You Will Be Responsible For Supporting Our Team In

• Developing new functionalities (often based on documentation, architect notes, etc., sometimes requiring searching through various documents or consulting)
• Fixing bugs
• Writing and updating documentation (functional designs of the features we create – basically every feature needs to have a more or less detailed design page)
• Code review
• Writing unit and integration tests (coverage > 80%)

It Is Vital That You Have

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality software
• Proficiency in back-end development using Java and object-oriented design patterns
• Experience in Spring-based applications with Spring Boot
• Proficiency in handling large and complex data sets
• Proficiency in developing React-based applications using TypeScript
• Experience with web-based mapping application frameworks such as Openlayers or Leaflet.js
• Fluency in employing TDD (Test-Driven Development) for user interfaces and writing unit tests in Jest
• Fluency in integrating with RESTful APIs

Recruitment Process

• DAC.digital Verification: initial preparation for the client meeting
• Coding Test (Geektastic): a coding test that takes about 15 minutes
• Vetting Call: a 15-minute HR interview to discuss your background and fit for the role
• Technical Interview: a 1‑1.5 hour technical interview including live coding using RDP (Remote Desktop Platform), where you’ll work on a virtual machine containing the code for the live coding session
• Following a positive decision, a background check will be conducted
