Zusammenfassung

LeanTeams is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a backend focus to join our early-stage Agentic Research SaaS. You will build reliable, scalable backend services, own technical decisions, and ship complete features end-to-end.

You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Fastify, and modern frontend tech to deliver AI-powered research tooling for researchers and knowledge workers.

Qualifikationen

• Back-end systems in production experience required.
• Strong API design and relational database experience.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript preferred.
• Ability to handle data integrity and reliability challenges.
• Front-end experience to ship features end-to-end.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong back-end expertise to join a small engineering team.

The role involves building reliable, scalable systems, taking ownership of technical decisions, and developing complete product features end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience building and maintaining back-end systems in production.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and relational databases.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Ability to handle complex technical challenges involving data integrity, asynchronous processing, and system reliability.
• Enough front-end experience to deliver features end-to-end.
• Independent technical judgment, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
• Experience using AI development tools responsibly, with a strong understanding of the underlying code.
