Job summary

aleno Deutschland GmbH is expanding its Core Team in Wrocław to rebuild the Core product with a fresh design system while maintaining existing features. The role focuses on delivering frontend features from ideation to maintenance, using React with TypeScript and modern CSS.

You will help migrate the frontend to an in-house design system, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to ensure performance and reliability of the SaaS product.

Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS applications in product-led companies.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and Web APIs.
• Experience with component-based UIs (React).
• Experience building internal and external APIs.
• Knowledge of rendering and design systems.
• Understanding accessibility in web apps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver new features end-to-end.
• Migrate frontend to a new in-house design system.
• Improve performance and reliability of existing features.
• Establish engineering practices for the Core Team.
