Develocraft, LLC is seeking a Mid Fullstack Developer (Frontend Focus) for a short-term automotive data project. You will drive frontend work in Angular while contributing Python-backed solutions, operating within a serverless AWS stack and an AI-assisted development environment.

You will review AI-generated code for quality, collaborate with FE/BE teammates, QA, and Product Owners in a 2+2 cross-functional setup, and deliver features within a three-month window.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (and Kendo UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind) across the fullstack.
• Proficient in Python, and building backend with Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions and Serverless Framework.
• Data processing with Pandas, Polars, DuckDB; familiarity with S3/Athena.
• Strong ability to evaluate AI-generated code and practice AI-SDLC.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop features across the n2p project branch with a frontend focus in Angular.
• Build new frontend layer on top of a legacy backend and contribute Python backend solutions.
• Create APIs using Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop serverless data processing with AWS Lambda and Step Functions; leverage Serverless Framework.
• Work with S3 and Athena for data storage and analytics.
• Develop ETL pipelines using Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
• Contribute to an early-stage AI Insights layer using Pydantic.
• Follow AI-SDLC and Spec-Driven Development, translating PRDs into solutions.
• Review AI-generated code to ensure quality and correctness.
• Collaborate in a 2+2 cross-functional team with QA and Product Owners.

A short-term opportunity has opened up for a Mid Fullstack Developer (Frontend Focus) to join a dynamic project team working on a large-scale automotive data project. The role focuses on developing new functionalities, driving frontend development in Angular, contributing to backend Python solutions, and working with serverless AWS architecture. AI-assisted coding is a key part of the development process, with developers expected to efficiently review and validate AI-generated code.

• Employment Type: B2B Contract
• Hourly Rate: 90–100 PLN net/h
• Project Duration: Short-term project (3 Months)
• Start Date: October 2026 / ASAP
• Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must be residents of Poland)
• Working Hours: 8-hour workday with flexible start hours (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities & Project Context:

• Developing new features and functionalities across the application for the "n2p" project branch.
• Contributing to frontend development using Angular, including building a new frontend layer on top of a legacy backend.
• Building backend solutions and APIs using Python and Flask.
• Working with SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
• Building serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
• Working with S3 and Athena for data persistence and processing.
• Developing ETL and data-processing workflows using Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
• Contributing to new backend components and an early-stage AI Insights layer using Pydantic.
• Working in an AI-SDLC / Spec-Driven Development model, creating specifications based on PRDs and developing solutions based on reviewed specs.
• Using AI-assisted coding as a standard part of the development process and critically reviewing AI-generated code to avoid building “AI slop” and ensure quality and correctness.
• Collaborating closely with frontend and backend developers, QA and Product Owners in a 2+2 cross-functional team.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of commercial software development experience (Mid level).
• Practical experience with Angular (alongside Kendo UI, Bootstrap, and Tailwind) and the ability to work effectively across the fullstack.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
• Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Pandas, Polars, DuckDB, or similar data-processing technologies.
• Familiarity with S3 and Athena.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to quickly and critically evaluate AI-generated code.
• Comfortable working with Spec-Driven Development / AI-SDLC.
• Strong enough experience with Python and Angular to work independently without needing to learn the core technologies during the project's aggressive timeline.
