Qualifications

• Наличие не менее 4 лет опыта разработки на .NET и выше.
• Опыт проектирования REST API с версионированием.
• Опыт работы с React и TypeScript.
• Твердое понимание реляционных баз данных.
• Опыт работы с AWS.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2 и коммуницирование с англоязычными заказчиками.
• Желателен опыт внедрения ERP и знание расчётных процессов.

Responsibilities

• Архитектура и доставка продакшн-готовых .NET-решений, ориентированных на производительность и масштабируемость.
• Руководство полным циклом разработки от анализа требований до развёртывания и оптимизации.
• Взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами через демонстрации, Agile-церемонии и технические воркшопы.
• Обеспечение качества кода через детальные ревью и стратегии тестирования.
• Участие в росте бизнеса через техо-оценку, планирование и предпродажи.
• Проведение технических интервью, наставничество и обмен опытом на отраслевых мероприятиях (как опция руководящей роли).

• Architect and deliver production-grade .NET solutions focused on performance and scalability
• Lead full-cycle development from requirements analysis through deployment and optimization
• Engage stakeholders through demo sessions, Agile ceremonies, and technical workshops
• Champion code quality through rigorous reviews and robust test automation strategies
• Contribute to business growth through technical estimations, planning, and pre-sales activities
• Conduct technical interviews, mentor team members, and share expertise at industry events as an optional leadership responsibility

Требования

• 4+ Years of professional software development experience with .NET
• Strong experience building REST APIs, including API versioning
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of relational databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• B2 level of English or higher and experience communicating with English-speaking customers
• Genuine interest in continuously improving skills and keeping up with new technologies
• Nice to have: experience with ERP system implementation and knowledge of accounting calculations
