Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack systems, with a focus on AI integrations and enterprise service APIs.

You will build AI agents, MCP servers, and seamless Microsoft Graph and Google Workspace API integrations to empower end-users and streamline IT support. The role requires strong experience in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and React, plus OAuth 2.0/Entra ID authentication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's + 7 years related experience, or Masters + 4 years, or PhD + 1 year, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in full-stack software engineering and scalable web applications.
• Experience building AI-based self-service portals using RAG and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and React.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph and Google Workspace APIs with secure authentication.
