Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead to drive modern frontend architecture for a key client project. You will own React.js and TypeScript-based solutions, shape component-driven UI, and lead scalability at enterprise scale.

You will mentor teams, implement best practices, collaborate with Product, UX/UI and Backend teams, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery. Remote or hybrid options available in Poland.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of software development experience.
• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong state management with Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture and Micro Frontend patterns.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to frontend teams; conduct code reviews and set best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain reusable UI components and Micro Frontend architectures.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Lead to join our team for a project with our prestigious client. In this role, you will be the driving force behind modern frontend architecture, leveraging your deep expertise in React.js and TypeScript to build complex, scalable, and high-performance enterprise web applications. What will your tasks involve?

• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor development teams, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive frontend engineering best practices across the project.

• Architecture & UI Development: Design, implement, and maintain reusable, scalable UI components and modern Micro Frontend architectures.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.

• API Integration: Efficiently consume and integrate REST APIs to ensure seamless frontend-backend communication.

• Performance & Quality Assurance: Ensure high frontend performance, strict adherence to accessibility standards, and flawless cross-browser compatibility.

• AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage modern AI-powered development tools (such as GitHub Copilot or similar assistants) to boost developer productivity and streamline software delivery.

What we expect from you?

• Overall Experience: Strictly 10+ years of software development experience (Mandatory).

• Core Tech Stack: Exceptional hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• State Management & Data Fetching: Strong proficiency with Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.

• Architecture Skills: Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, component-driven development, design patterns, and Micro Frontend architectures.

• Web Fundamentals: High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive web design.

• Tooling & CI/CD: Experience with modern build and development tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English is essential.
