Job summary

Accenture Kraków is seeking a Frontend Engineer – AI Solutions to design and build the user-facing layer of GenAI products. You will craft intuitive interfaces, handle streaming outputs, and ensure secure REST/WebSocket integrations while focusing on UX and accessibility.

You’ll work with React/TypeScript, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply AI-assisted tools to enhance developer efficiency in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of commercial experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture – state management, component design, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Experience integrating frontends with REST APIs, WebSockets, or streaming endpoints.
• Strong UX sensibility – ability to make deliberate design and interaction decisions, not just implement mockups.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product interfaces (chatbots, conversational UIs, dashboards with AI-generated content) or a strong interest in this space.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or similar) – core part of daily workflow.
• Good command of English (min. B2+)

Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive frontends for GenAI products using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement AI-specific interaction patterns: streaming chat, real-time agent status, citation rendering, confidence indicators, and handling AI uncertainty.
• Own the UX quality of AI products – information architecture, component design, accessibility, and user interaction with AI outputs.
• Integrate frontends with backend APIs, LLM services, and streaming endpoints – collaborate with GenAI engineers for end-to-end experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and consultants on cross-functional teams to shape enterprise AI experiences.
