RedStone is a blockchain company building next-generation oracle infrastructure. We are seeking a Front-End Developer & Web Designer to build and maintain marketing websites, landing pages and product pages.

You will translate Figma designs into production-ready front-end code, implement updates, and ensure high visual quality across typography and layout. Remote-first with Warsaw coworking options and collaboration with an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with daily communication with an international team.
• Experience building responsive marketing websites.
• Good knowledge of Figma and ability to implement designs accurately.
• Understanding of UI/UX, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to visual detail.
• Experience working with designers and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools.
• Familiarity with blockchain/fintech is a plus but not required.
• Occasional Warsaw coworking presence is a plus.

RedStone is a blockchain company building the next generation of oracle infrastructure, delivering reliable, secure and low-latency data to blockchain applications. Today, our infrastructure powers 160+ protocols across DeFi, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and institutional blockchain applications, securing over $67B in Total Value Locked (TVL). Our products include Price Oracles, Proof of Reserve and custom oracle solutions designed for both decentralized and institutional use cases. We are currently a team of around 50 people. Our technical team is based in Poland, while our Marketing and Business Development teams are international, with people working across Europe and other parts of the world.

About the role

We are looking for a Front-End Developer & Web Designer to join our Technical team. You will build and maintain RedStone's websites, landing pages, product pages and other web experiences. The role involves close collaboration with our Marketing team and Graphic Designer, turning Figma designs and visual concepts into polished, responsive and production-ready websites.

What you will do

• Build and maintain marketing websites, landing pages and product pages.

• Work closely with Marketing and Graphic Design on new web experiences and iterations.
• Use modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to speed up development.
• Keep the front-end code clean, maintainable and scalable.

What we're looking for

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate freely and confidently in English on a daily basis with international team members.
• Experience building responsive marketing websites.
• Good knowledge of Figma and ability to accurately implement designs.
• Good understanding of UI/UX, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to visual detail.
• Experience working with designers and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools.
• Experience in blockchain, fintech or a similar field is not required, especially at the initial stage of the recruitment process. However, familiarity with the space can be an additional advantage.
• Being able to occasionally join the team at a coworking space in Warsaw for specific projects or workshops is a plus.
