• Growth mindset and ability to leverage AI to make faster, smarter decisions.
• Nice to have: Adobe Analytics/Target/Launch; experience with Vercel, Acquia, Cloudflare Enterprise, GitHub Cloud.

• Good understanding of Drupal site architecture and building blocks, including content types, fields, entities, taxonomy, and the menu system
• Comfortable using modern web testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• A growth mindset and ability to leverage AI to make faster, smarter decisions
