Job summary

Architech is building digital experiences for enterprise clients with a cloud-first approach. You’ll turn thoughtful designs into scalable Angular/TypeScript applications, collaborating across product and design teams in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes solving meaningful problems, mentoring teammates, and contributing to modern CI/CD and IaC practices in a distributed team spanning Poland and Canada.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional Angular and TypeScript experience.
• Strong CSS knowledge and experience with frameworks.
• Experience with SOLID/GRASP principles.
• Ability to mentor or collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, reliable, secure systems using open-source tech and cloud-first architecture.
• Implement responsive web and mobile design with Angular.
• Work in an Agile team with Designers and Product Owners.
• Collaborate with engineers and review peers' work.
• Contribute to architectural decisions within the technical strategy.
• Engage with backend Node.js/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot services.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Location: Remote (Must be physically based in Poland)

Responsibilities

• You’ll build scalable, reliable, resilient, and secure systems using open-source technologies and a cloud-first architecture.
• You’ll implement responsive web and mobile design principles using Angular.
• You’ll work in an Agile team alongside Designers and Product Owners, continuously iterating and building feedback into the solution.
• You’ll work together in a team of Engineers, collaborating on and reviewing each other's work.
• You’ll be part of the team that architects and delivers the nuances within our overall technical strategy.
• You’ll get the chance to work on backend Node.js/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot services, as well as contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• You’ll work with partner technologies such as Azure within projects.

Qualifications

• You’re a problem solver who gets excited about challenging engineering puzzles.
• You feel accomplished when you deliver working software.
• You’re constantly learning and absorbing the rapid changes in the engineering industry.
• You have at least 2 to 5 years of professional development experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• You have experience with CSS and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or Sass.
• You have strong knowledge of front-end development tools and languages.
• You practice Test-Driven Development and write code with maintainability and testability in mind.
• You’re familiar with software design principles such as SOLID and GRASP, and know when to apply them.
• You approach new projects with client needs and users in mind.
• You possess leadership qualities and have experience mentoring or collaborating within a team.
• You know everyone has a unique skill set and that there's lots to learn from your team.
