Job summary

AXA XL in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking an Analyst, Claims with French to support multiple lines of business in a global context. You will manage loss notifications, set up claims, and coordinate with onshore teams across coinsurance and financial reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claims in insurance.

• Proficient in MS Office and reading/interpreting insurance data.

Responsibilities

• Index claims-related documents for various lines of business.
• Create first notice of loss and set up incident-only claims in claims systems.
• Reconcile coinsurance bordereaux and enter payments/reserves.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve complex scenarios and request information as needed.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and updates.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly meetings via audio and video conference.
• Meet service level agreements and quality targets.
