Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Sales Training Specialist for the Fragrance & Beauty segment to join our Eastern Europe team. The role focuses on organizing trainings, delivering product knowledge, and building a strong learning community across Europe.

The ideal candidate has beauty industry experience, expertise in makeup, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Frequent travel and a passion for people development are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a training or comparable position.
• Experience in the beauty industry, including makeup expertise.
• Facilitation and impactful presentation with ability to engage audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High learning agility and openness to new ideas.
• Positive, energetic attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Passion for training and people development.
• Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
• Affinity to the luxury industry and cosmetic products.
• Fluent Polish and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize trainings and education for internal and external participants.
• Present Chanel philosophy, brand culture and product knowledge.
• Develop expertise groups and foster a learners’ community.
• Develop training measures and e-learning programs per internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Managers and stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Inspire, coach and support teams to build product knowledge and expertise.
• Provide excellent training support for customers.
• Improve training effectiveness with new approaches and techniques.
• Coordinate with Training teams across Europe.
• Promote continuous learning and development.
