A global FMCG leader is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support their operations in Kraków, Poland. You will prepare timely financial data, conduct variance analysis, and work collaboratively with cross-market teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and strong skills in Excel and BI tools. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst) you will work within FP&A team of Imperial Brands’ Centre of Capability (CoC), supporting Global Service Center (GSC) Operations and Factory Controlling, reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager of the respective area (strong cooperation and dotted line reporting to Head of Finance Operations). This is a high-profile role and you will be responsible for the creation / production of timely and accurate financial data (plans, forecasts, latest estimates, monthly reports etc.) and initial variance analysis & support across the factory network. As a FP&A Analyst you will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
